How therapy with me can help you:

I am an open-minded, inclusive, and affirming therapist. With an Adlerian approach, I aspire to understand how clients’ everyday choices and decisions aim to bring them closer to others to maintain their relationships and provide them support and community. I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating mindfulness techniques and trauma-informed care to empower clients. I value creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment that fosters an atmosphere of trust, honesty, and open dialogue, allowing clients to express themselves, grow, and heal. Furthermore, I believe in the power of building meaningful and strong connections with my clients.

I strive to recognize and appreciate how my clients’ various identities shape their lives and daily interactions. I am dedicated to helping clients identify and work through their challenges, and to ultimately reach a place of self-acceptance and fulfillment. My passion lies in assisting clients in developing self-awareness, self-worth, and a sense of purpose, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

About me:

I have my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University. I am a member of Rho Theta Chapter of Sigma Iota (CSI) at The George Washington University. I also have my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling to national parks, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts, socializing, and visiting my midwestern hometown.
